Gretchen Andersen has taught in Mexico, several countries in America and Europe for almost 40 years. She is devoted to the research, study and practice of various paths of healing, shamanism and spiritual development.
Her main teachers have been Carlos de León, Carlos Castañeda and Doña Adelaida, a wise woman of the Purépecha tradition, among others. She collaborated in the research 'Shamans of México' with Jacobo Grinberg.
Gretchen’s work is based on her spiritual practice and her studies at the Tibetan schools of Bön, Dzogchen and Mahamudra. Vajrayana, Shaivist Tantra of Kashmir, Taoism, Psychoenergetic Therapies, Mind-Body Therapies and Kabbalah. She has also taught dance and yoga. She is an active instructor of 7 Lotus Chi Kung.
